The Code 4 Puerto Rico Hack Night is for those who want to:

  • Get work done on civic projects
  • Start a new project, or find one to join (non-coders very welcome!)
  • Bounce ideas and get help from tech and government experts
  • Learn about open data, smart cities, and open government

CodeAcross 2015

Code 4 Puerto Rico second Code Across - it is an anual event held simultaneously across the world - this year we are back planning to have a two day event - Theme ‪#‎shutupandlisten‬ - Let our community tell us their needs and listen to them -Sunday 21 February Youth unHackathon were young minds in Puerto Rico can show us with paper and Crayons how would they like to fix a problem in Puerto Rico with Technology - Sunday February 22 Hackathon/Citizen engagement Day - we will invite all citizens from Puerto Rico to come and talk to us about their daily lives and understand better their needs, gather data and find technological solutions for our own communities - also we will present what our kids have created and if you are up for the challenge and want to "hack it " and make this kid dream come true you are invited - Code 4 Puerto Rico invites you to the challenge and be part of change!!
